I can't speak to other departments, however I lost the trust in the management over the IS department. When they had an issue with my work, I would have hoped that we work together to remediate the problem. Instead they took an harsh, top-down approach, and left me feeling singled out. From then on I clocked in and quietly did my work, while planning my exit.
