      -Leadership truly values your opinion -Leaders will go out of their way to ensure their team is happy. -Leaders open to ideas on how to improve each department

      Cons

      -Heavy work load -Pay could be better -Expect to work on holidays, weekends, and during snow storms. They will not make accommodations at the hotel on the corner during snow storms for a bare bones staff. -No room for growth or promotions as they are a small lab

      Pros

      The workload is reasonable and the pace required to meet targets is perfectly acceptable. Their compensation is unbeatable, best in the area! Shame I had to move away!

      They are very stingy with their work from home availability.
