Pros
The only good thing about this company is the decent pay but they have to in order to make up for all the factors that makes it terrible. But with how they operate, it is not even worth the money when you can work elsewhere that will give you better peace of mind and feel better about working there.
Cons
The company is highly dysfunctional and disorganize. Management is disrespectful, unprofessional and unable to recognize what is important in running a proper lab aside. Despite having good employees, they are overlooked and undervalue. Little corrective action is done to fix multiple ongoing issues.
