They are very stingy with their work from home availability.

-Heavy work load -Pay could be better -Expect to work on holidays, weekends, and during snow storms. They will not make accommodations at the hotel on the corner during snow storms for a bare bones staff. -No room for growth or promotions as they are a small lab
