Pros
- I joined Arbella right out of school and 30 years later I couldn’t be happier. I love being part of this organization and enjoy coming to work every day.
- Arbella puts a lot of emphasis on their employees. Employee engagement is important to them. They are always looking for feedback to ensure everyone is getting what they need. If a change is needed, they are not afraid to make it.
- Work life balance is something that is important to me and Arbella feels strongly about it as well. It is not just a slogan to them; it is something they stand by.
- Advancement opportunities
- Arbella’s benefit packages are second to none. There are several different options available, especially if you have a family (health insurance, 401K, flex spending, tuition reimbursement, eye care, life insurance, etc…)
Cons
- Working in claims can be fast paced and requires you to think on your feet and make decisions quickly. Although I personally enjoy this type of work, it may not be for everyone.
