Runs on whims and fancies of few individuals who believe themselves next to God. According to them, no one knows valuation better then them. Because of such arrogance, no one wants to join their India team or partner them on business front in US. From new incoming talent, they expect plug and play scenario wherein, the top individuals just want to sit and relax and burden poor analysts. They expect team to work for more than 15 hours so that top brass could go on time. The top brass of valuation is self centered and do not mind axing people just before appraisals, so that they can save upon annual bonus. They did not even spare one of the senior individuals at one instance. They are too short sighted and follow hire and fire policy. As a result, the word is so spread that no one in the market wants to join them.
