Pros

If you need a job and are desperate they will hire you as they have a high turnover rate and need warm bodies.

Cons

They value no one. Management at our location will never be successful because they are too busy competing against and back-stabbing one another. Some of the managers are totally incompetent but are not sent on their way because they have been there forever and are part of the clique. Even if they pretended to value your help at one time, mood dictates how they treat you on a daily basis. It doesn't matter what your title is, they will disrespect you and stress you out.

Company gives good benefits to employees, such as free lunch, discounts on shopping, budget for travel, along with the typical insurance and PTO

Cons

Sincerely actually not that many. Because the benefits are so good, sometimes you’re expected to do work outside of work hours.
