Pros
Other than it's a beautiful place to work,Mesa Verde National Park is beautiful any time of the year, which you can go to the park without having to work there . There are No pros
Cons
Abysmal Management, I think it's a game to them on who can make the most people quit. HR is a joke and I mean a big joke , who cuts their hours in the middle of the season and is only there when everyone is working. The "there's no problem if we can't hear it" approach may seem like a great jovial strategy but everyone had it figured out by the first day. The stealing by management both upper and mid really shows the caliber of the company itself, they have no idea what is going on. It is a beautiful place to work but you will enjoy it as you ride the decrepit over loaded buses run by a non caring transportation dept. The living conditions are so bad that they get fined each year by Montezuma County but pay the fine because it's cheaper to pay than to get it fixed. If after all these reviews you choose to work there be prepared to be catapulted back in time to a middle school social mentality were management encourages and even seeks out tattle tails to further their agenda against those who complain too much to HR or their managers. There were so many workmates I witnessed that returned from work and found out they no longer had a job, because some unnamed person(and will remain unnamed) said you were drunk the night before, or were seen holding a joint and had 6 hours to vacate the property, no car, tough! no money for a cab, start walking! I felt horrible about the way everyone was treated. They actually told one employee who hurt himself on the job if he went to the doctor they would make sure he didn't get any hours for the next two weeks.
