      Gain experience , it is a place where you can learn many things and know good people , they appreciate talents some times .

      Cons

      Bad People with authority , last 2 years the upper manager was extremely busy with business development. The middle and micro managers was taking bad decisions without supervision which leaded to loss of good people.

      Backed by one of Dubai's wealthiest businesses the company is very stable. Gives generous bonuses to employees.

      Cons

      Training and promotion are not very common. Office politics and favoritism by senior managers can hamper rank-and-file performance.
