Work life balance in this company is good.

They are providing salary late. Add also cutting some balance in your salary sum time. After project is delivered your salary gone. Then you have to leave the company.

My background - Junior developer with 1 year of experience. The interview was exceptionally easy. The project head asked a few questions regarding the job profile. Nothing informed about my team, what they will be expecting from the new employee. The second day I was facing a few problems then got a call from the CEO telling me that there is no team, I am the only guy working and there is nobody to help me out. Like seriously what type of company's CEO says that. And after someday I received a call about why you are not online, I was baffled because my development is in the local machine and there is no team with whom I can collab.
