Thank you for the feedback, both positive and negative. We agree - great mission, team and product! A top reason why folks come and join us is for the mission to make fish farming and food production more sustainable.
Regarding our startup growing pains: we have made a number of improvements this past year: instituting a Culture Council, more thoughtful interviewing, objective compensation bands (and adjusting early employees), and hiring a Head of Product. We haven't always gotten it right, but I am committed to improving.
We make a process of soliciting feedback regularly, and while we know we have work to do, we were heartened by the feedback employees shared recently in our engagement survey with a significant improvement in our employee NPS. But I know there is more to do and personally am excited to work with the great team we have to continue to improve as a professional company. Happy to continue the discussion offline and hear additional improvement suggestions - thanks again for the feedback.
