Pros

I had to choose between two very good opportunities back in 2001. I was undecided until the very morning I had to give my response. I chose Klenzoid and never looked back at this decision. I can say this organization's philosophy is perfectly aligned with mine and that is the main reason it worked out for 16 years so far. I strongly encourage any applicant to ask questions about what is that philosophy but I would describe it as doing the right thing for our customer even if it hurt our revenue in the short run. We look at long term relationship and work hard to earn our customer's trust.

Cons

Be ready to work hard but it will not feel like a burden if you fit the position.

Pros

At the time, it was run by Paul Winsor who was very good, Great colleagues, overall fun company to work for. They always had healthy snacks in the kitchen.

Cons

Management changed towards the end of 2015 and there were a lot of staffing changes. Paul Winsor no longer managing day to day brought a lot of changes in culture.

Pros

Working at Klenzoid is definitely something I have never experienced. Right from your first day, you are able to start contributing in a big way. People want to hear your ideas, and better than that they actually want you to be a part of the change. They are growing fast which has created a lot of opportunity for career growth and advancement. Dynamic and youthful the company also has monthly social events that help bring the team together. Not that I don't have day-to-day frustrations, or issues but when you love your job and believe in the company's mission it makes it much easier to get up in the morning.

Cons

There is a lot to learn in the beginning technically, with a very fast-paced, hardworking culture. You definitely need to persistent and willing to learn in order to be successful.
