Fast paced work, sometimes bottlenecked.

They take care of their employees. We all got a bonus check for working through Covid 19. They do monthly employee lunches and a yearly banquet. Paid sick days holidays and vacation time after one year. I feel like my supervisor is my friend and have a great time at work. Quarterly bonuses for perfect attendance. They are a second chance employer so they work with people who wouldn't usually he able to get decent jobs.

Sometimes it is slow so you have to find things to do so you won't get sent home. Some employees get away with more and are treated better. Strict attendance policy.
