      Pros

      Good people around behavior wise generally

      Cons

      No ownership. You will be assigned new work every day giving no chance of learning or feedback. Management replaces people like legos. Today you will get 1 task and next day some other colleague will do same task. no expert in company. If you get stuck in anything then no one to reach out to since everyone just quick patches to not feel management anger. If management sees any bugs in software they dont know which dev/team to ask to fix so they create a bug on JIRA and force everyone to pick it. So even after 2 years of working you will feel like it is your first day. When i left org I had no KT to give since in 2 years I learned nothing.

      Pros

      Nice headquarters in Atlanta, opportunity for hybrid schedule, company sometimes offered company lunches. They were flexible on lunch breaks and heading out to beat traffic and work the rest remotely at home if you wanted which was very nice,

      Cons

      Unclear instruction, unorganized structure and work processes, no clear career path. Not really any company culture or camaraderie. Manager change caused micromanagement, oversight, condescension, and loss of 3 members on the team because of it (within 1 month, maybe even 2 weeks).
