There’s little to no additional training after getting hired, the routes during summer are awful (I was running 22-25 stops a day.) The culture there is awful, and you’re pressured to cheating customers on their service. Our Regional Manager at one point told us to use half the required product when mixing to service home’s in order to save money. He also regularly told us “if you aren’t cheating, you’re not trying.” There’s also almost no room to advance beyond a technician. Go work literally anywhere else.
