If you feel that you do not have the proper training and tools to do your job, please communicate that to your manager, Our HR department is also a resource to contact when there are issues that haven't been resolved. Concerning benefits, we offer them starting day one. Employees have 10 days PTO (prorated) and seven paid holidays per year.
