Toxic leadership, mental health toll, unrealistic expectations, below-market pay, mass layoffs, incorrect bonuses never corrected, no backpay for proven discrepancies, initiatives constantly scrapped, work outsourced while staff laid off, sales culture over customer values

Pros

Pay and overtime is great, management is decent, you run your own show- upsell, identify pest problems, know your chemicals, different methods, request inventory products

Cons

It's a lot of hours in summer. You will hate spiderwebs. I enjoy seeing many beautiful gardens and getting to know the local wasps, birds, and lizards- but it's not for everyone. Don't trust everything management says, and bring up issues early and with tact.
