      * Working with very thorough travel agents and an experienced humanitarian team. * Making an impact in the lives of children in developing countries * Cultural Immersion/World Travel * Forging new bonds as you work alongside coworkers * Projects for a wide variety of skill and energy levels

      Cons

      * This is a MUCH more pleasant experience if you are healthy and fit. If not, you will struggle with the manual labor. It's not impossible, just harder. * Long plane rides * High Altitudes * Untreated water

      Pros

      Pay and overtime is great, management is decent, you run your own show- upsell, identify pest problems, know your chemicals, different methods, request inventory products

      Cons

      It's a lot of hours in summer. You will hate spiderwebs. I enjoy seeing many beautiful gardens and getting to know the local wasps, birds, and lizards- but it's not for everyone. Don't trust everything management says, and bring up issues early and with tact.
