      Previously there was a very friendly enviroment that supports in personal development. Aptiv offers competitive salaries. The benefits are not bad, but nothing special.

      Cons

      Lately the company is not stable, so you may be fired any time. It also affects the internal environment - everybody are more stressed and agressive to each other
