      Exposure to new things. 20 Earned Leaves + 10 Casual leaves + 10 Holidays

      Cons

      Every year there is firing. Last firing happened on 12th Dec 2025. Even though leaves are there you will not be allowed to take leaves. Very less projects and company in bad shape.
