Delivery consulting is not a strategic focus, software sales is goal at the expense of consulting /delivery. Software is sold to clients that is not ready / premature and doesn't work with many bugs. Software issues are put on delivery/implementation team. No real successful implementations based on promises made to clients regarding benefits of software in sales process, only sub par usage of software products. f you do your due diligence, you will find there are no happy reference clients to speak of who have purchased the software.
