      You avail team lunch, outing and some other gaming activities frequently. Friendly coworkers.

      Cons

      There are so many cons about this company. Good company with poor managers in chennai branch. They cant even spoke well in english but they told you to improve your communication. Instead of working they belive spending more time on meeting will improve performance. They expect you to work 24hrs, micromanagement, internalpolitics and so on.

      - challenging work always so it keeps you engaged and not bored - good to learn new capabilities - lots of experienced people in the company who are willing to share knowledge - good benefits and perks and work culture

      Cons

      - too much chaos in process - CEO is too involved in little decisions - CEO's son works at the company. He is hard to work with and no one can say anything to him. He thinks he is CEO
