It was great to see the interim CEO making multiple speaches about why its important to log off. We got mental health days, Igloo days, and half day fridays all through summer and then they extended it at the request of employees and gave more Igloo days for holidays and such. We get "care packages" basically every other month with candies, coffee, tea, snacks and other neat things like swag or a charcuterie board, all locally produced by the way. This company goes above and beyond to show they care for not only their employees and customers but also their community. We raise thousands every year for charities and initiatives that we care about and Igloo matches donations through the PEACE program.
