Thank you for your feedback. It is unfortunate that you feel you experienced a lack of support within Igloo, as work life balance and the effect of mental health for all employees is a great concern and focus for us at Igloo.
This past year we have taken a more focused approach on employees well being and have implemented additional paid time off to employees to focus on their health and well-being by providing numerous Igloo Days throughout the year. Our leadership team is very committed to creating and supporting a work environment that focuses on getting your work done, while being able to manage personal and family commitments. Additionally, we have recently provided both employee and leadership training on mental health, as well as, working and managing in hybrid working environments.
We are committed to our employees wellbeing and regularly encourage feedback from employees through their managers, a member of our People & Culture team, or our employee engagement surveys. We take these concerns very seriously and do work with management if there is any misalignment to the work culture that is being created.
