Pros
I'm now starting my fourth month working for AppsIntegra as a Tech Lead and it has been overall very satisfying experience. The initial contact and interview were thorough and professional, and after all the legalities were done, I found myself on the other side of the globe, meeting my new employers and colleagues, and starting with on-boarding and working. I've found the management to be supportive, approachable, and responsive. Minor issues get resolved immediately, major ones (getting new hardware) as soon as practically possible. The pay was always on time and as far as I can tell, very competitive. Housing and transportation is taken care of.
Cons
Isolation can be a problem, but that's something that every expat needs to deal with. We're fighting it by having team members live near each other (where possible and desirable) and having a friendly company culture.
