Apprentice has navigated a tough macroeconomic environment with poise and grit. Both pharma and software are in a tough macro position for SME's, but backed by the strong leadership of Angelo Stracquatanio and Anastasia Wengrowski, they have managed to drive innovation and mantain focus on forever changing the future of product manufacturing in the pharmaceutical sector. It was a pleasure working for this company, invaluable experience. In the words of a friend - boring is good.
Cons
- The org structure is a bit out of sync and vertical movement in the org is handled in an interesting way. Given the board structure and macro climate, this is understandable. - A few paycheck collectors on board as well.
