Pros

Great work environment. Everyone is very friendly and it's easy to make friends. Supervisors are extremely personable and non-intimidating. Management cares for its employees and genuinely appreciates their efforts. Great opportunities for entry-level positions, especially college graduates. Little perks here and there such as free bagels on Tuesday, "free smoothie days", and getting your birthday off as a paid holiday really go a long way. Having weekends off is also no reason to complain.

Cons

Customer Support can be a difficult job no matter what. We deal with a very high call volume daily and it can naturally be stressful at times. Spending 6 hours in real-time during an 8 hour day is challenging and doesn't always give us the time we need to assist customers in our backline. Communication between departments can be difficult as well. We also only get half-hour lunches whereas most departments get an hour.

Pros

The teammates that I worked with were generally really great. Decent opportunity for learning

Cons

The benefits were not great, 3 year vesting to get a 401k match, insurance was sub par, time off was below average. In addition to this the management team is having a lot of turnover along with getting rid of people systematically (or what feels targeted). This is following some acquisitions that could have been great but because the teams are all operating in silos with what feels like no cohesive direction from the senior leadership. The products that are being sold are very old feeling/looking with no real changes on the horizon. Pair this with high level executive leadership changes that are pointing to a potential sale of the company which likely will come with more changes and loss of employment.
