Pros
They are the leader in the industry and are still very forward thinking. There is a lot of opportunity to grow at the company if you take the initiative to go after it. Many people find lifetime careers there.
Cons
It's owned by private equity firms and along with that comes a feeling that the company is squeezed for profits. Pay in some departments seem low for industry standards and isn't transparent.
