Was directly involved with a product that wasn't adopted by internal departments. It was very frustrating to get direction and comments from those said departments, when they didn't even support the product.
Involved with many meetings for process improvement, where a lot was said and no action was taken. Constantly seemed like management had no clue of what direction to go in.
Product was created with the mentality of getting sales, rather than true client feedback. Then, clients were ignored when issues came to light that greatly affected their experience.
There was little to no accountability of people below management. Communication was embarrassing, I went 3+ months with no one on one calls with my direct manager. Was constantly asked to lie and cover up items within the product that I knew were wrong.
