Pros
Limitless opportunities. Exploring new business opportunities all the time. Forward thinking. Highly respected in the areas in which they operate. Good growth opportunities for employees who are willing to work. Slackers and people with poor attitudes will not survive. Training is encouraged.
Cons
Because it is a small company, sometimes employees have to do more than just their own job. Pay is getting better and they pay better than many other companies in the area. Management can do a better job of asking for input from employees.
