This company is phenomenal, and have made it one of the most difficult decisions of my life whether to leave during a contract rollover. Leadership is fantastic from top to bottom. The benefits are top tier compared to any company I've seen, and the workplace culture has had my other friends who work in gov't contracting jealous. I've seen several people stay despite being offered significantly more money elsewhere, calling it their forever home. If you get an offer, take it, they'll take care of you.

The ANS team worked fast with me to get me hired and communicated clearly all hiccups along the way. I felt like I was never in the dark, and completely aware of the process behind the scenes. Onboarding was very friendly and provided me clear explanations to everything I needed to get started. I have never felt more welcomed when starting a company!
