Pros
It is fairly chaotic with a lot of current reorganizations being performed to realign for the future, but once that all setles down, it is going to be exciting for the next few years as we focus on market and with the TEL merger. This means there is a lot of potential for career advancement in such a situation.
Cons
Near term chaos that occurs with reorganization. Several people can get lost in the shuffle and anyone new joining the company should do their homework to fully understand the bigger picture of where they are getting into. Getting into the right group/role will need a lot more work than usual, but the rewards will be greater.
