Pros

Trying to become more employee-focused. Improving benefits with employee feedback. Some really great clients.

Cons

No clear promotion paths. No clear managers. Far too top-heavy. More talk than action on culture/employee experience. Clients are always put ahead of the employees, to the point of hurting employees (i.e., overworked/burnout).

They are open to individuals wanting to learn. They give opportunities to their employees to have a voice and express their opinions.

Cons

Not many company team building activities.
