      Pros

      I love working at Applied Health Analytics because our team is small and a close-knit group. We all know each other really well and support each other across knowledge boundaries. We are a diverse group from different backgrounds and it is refreshing. Sometimes it becomes high-stress work environment, but the nice thing is that you get a thank you along with a token of appreciation.

      Cons

      The down-town location might be a burden for me, however parking expenses are taken care of for us by the company, and flexible working hours can solve traffic and long commutes.

      Pros

      Having the office in the city and free food on Friday is about it for this place. Honestly, that's it folks.

      Cons

      CEO is the worst leader I've ever had in my career. He finds it comical to tear folks down and not build them up. You do not have the ability to bring your leadership/knowledge to the table. The funniest thing is the CEO has a female in a leadership role that doesn't belong in that role at all... but she must have something on him. She is intimated by other women in the company because she knows that she has no value when it comes to company growth. Must be nice to come when you want, go off and get your hair done each week and read a book in your office everyday.
