Cons
1 Internal company turmoil economically, new owners, new direction, layoffs and pushing to make a better product and service. The stress of change is thick and employees feel the brunt of it.
2 Many jobs were sent overseas, laying off local employees who were told that would not happen...BUT IT DID!
3 Most of the work is reactionary rather than proactive in terms of up-training employees to handle new processes and new product launches. Truly bleeding edge if you like that type of pressured environment.
4 This company promotes supporting higher education but only pay for classes as they see relevant to your job duties.
5 a lot of the processes are handed down from one department to another by management without allowing proper time to adjust to the processes and procedural documents to be written. This causes a lot of chaos...until resolved.
