Pros
Bermuda's Weather and the seaside of course. Money is still good (if you want to work almost all the time, and limit your spending).
Cons
Many Cons (Note, based on my experiences and that of my co-workers). - Expensive to live and play (Bermuda) - Thoroughly know what you are getting into (the moving allowance offered becomes a pittance in the end) - Middle management seems knowledgeable and helpful at first, but later you learn they are ineffective because they tow the line of of senior Management - Communication from management close to non-existent and never followed up - Lack of company unity with a "live with it, or leave" attitude in all disagreements - Company service contracts make client leaving very expensive, promoting poor client relationships with techs and sales alike - Departments continue to work in silos and are all about the numbers - Continues to operate on employee's unwillingness to pursue legal avenues to recoup loses and mistreatment - HR sides with company over employee in all cases and cannot be trusted at face value - Turnover is very high, about 30 people in 2.5 years (expats and locals)
