This company should be avoided at all costs like the other reviews indicate. The long time employees look out for each other and most new employees don't last due to the culture. Management won't listen and micro manage, this is like a small family business where the family has no clue. You will be on call 24x7 and get no recognition; Pay is poor based on the high cost of living in Bermuda.
