Salesman position - Sales Appleby Systems Employee Review

Leads are generated by entering for "free Windows" Call center uses that info to call and pressure you into having a Salesman come out. Salesman are taught to read a 2.5 hr presentation to the potential customer (starting between 6-8pm) Not allowed to contact the leads to see if they are home... Must go through the call center which will then call the leads. Asked to "sensationalize" every little problem with the windows in someone's home to create urgency so they buy asap. Business Practices that don't coincide with my morals
