kitchen is very understaffed, kds is quite confusing and overwhelming at times, high tunrover rate because training is not that good. Tests are pointless and waste of time. More time should be spent on hands on training. I shouldn't have been training someone after only working there a month. Unless you have experienced staff at every station a friday/saturday night is not going to run very smoothly and ultimately the customer is the one that suffers. Also the amount of work expected from an opener is sometimes very overhelming and when it doesn't get done in time you often have to rush to get stuff done and you are not prepared for the lunch rush. It can get very frustrating. Also there is no dishwasher during the day so you have to do dishs and when your super busy its hard to get them done and they pile up.
