      Pros

      Loved the facility and the families I took care of!!

      Cons

      Huge management turnover, and staff turnover. Not good raise. But when I left they got a new owner, so hopefully things changed for the good.

      Pros

      Flexible Everyone takes off without notice and its fine. You can eat with the kids. Adorable kids eager to learn and play.

      Cons

      You're overworked. They take in kids that have special needs and they can't provide proper assistance and structure for them. Teachers get beat up and punched by the kids. The kids do not learn anything because the teachers do not teach them anything and the directors are fine with it.
