      Work from home. Flexibility. Decent Company.

      Cons

      I was advised that it would always be work from home and everything changed. Insane KPI's to meet. Health insurance was horrible. You pay more money than you make. Training was very fast when taught to employees.

      Lots of orders to work Nice commission structure for direct hire

      Cons

      Very cut throat. Let you go without a warning 100000 miles per hour. No work life balance Insurance no one has, too expensive
