      Really great agency, a lot of training opportunities.

      Cons

      They need focus more on internal employees, and apply what they’re SCALE represents for they’re internal employees too. Better commission plan structure, because there is a-lot of competition.

      Lots of orders to work Nice commission structure for direct hire

      Cons

      Very cut throat. Let you go without a warning 100000 miles per hour. No work life balance Insurance no one has, too expensive
