Commission used to be reasonable but it has been restructured to have you earn less than before.
Cons
When you give your two week notice they let to go immediately the same day. Commission structure has changed so you receive less now. Micromanaging leadership. They boast about not letting anyone go during 2008 depression but when Covid hit they let go 80% of our team.
