Pros

There is noone standing over my shoulder telling me what to do because I work from home.

Cons

They will not change hours and it is difficult to communicate with management because Appleone contracts with client and because there is a middleman with everything it slows everything down.

Recruiters are responsive and willing to help you find work. Alot of direct hire opportunities with decent companies.

Cons

Depending on what you are looking for, options may be low. That's not any fault to the agency they only have availability based upon the clients need.

There are absolutely zero redeeming qualities.

Cons

Recruiters actively use biased, coded language to gatekeep candidates. They lack basic professional standards, ghosted me for weeks, and minimized my professional history.
