Helping people find positions they want. Getting to know people more than just their resume. Good for a person who is sales driven and loves going with the flow.
Cons
No structure is their training. No specific direction. They are only worried about numbers and not helping the people they have in front of them. You have to make sure your are friends with the correct people in the company.
