Warehouse associates are good people despite being overstressed and underpaid. Luckily, legislated minimum wages increases mean some of them will actually get a raise this year.
Cons
There is a lack of interest in safety from the management team. Previous management instituted a safety shoe policy that was ignored by the owner and office management. Way to set an example for your employees! Some of the clients that this company services are a nightmare to work for. Unreasonable demands and service level agreements bring added stress to employees who recieve no traning at their job function. They have to learn a lot on thier own, without any real resourse to help them. This could have been a place people would be proud to work for. Unfortunately, a lunatic owner and incompetent management make this place more like a prison than a workplace.
