Pros
Coming from a larger firm, Appirio has a unique culture that you don't find in most consulting firms. Benefits are great, compensation is good, and all of the employees have this desire to help everyone.
Cons
Interview process can take a lot time and is pretty disorganized. There needs to be more hires to support the delivery team in the HR/Recruiting space. They seem to be getting stretched thin.
