Most departments see themselves are siloed and not required to work with others - their job is their job, they will do it to the best of their ability and then they will pass on to other people. Unfortunartely this does not work for this platform and it leads to challenges and customer issues. The latest strategy turn towards passing on implementation to partners with no quality assurance is also massively problematic - however there's a culture of "we're Appian - customers and partners should be grateful to even be talking to us, so they'll accept whatever we give them". There is little to no customer obsession.
