Unfortunately, none of those people work in company leadership. The company is still led by the same founders and their stooges, and they haven’t shown an ability to adapt to changes in the industry.
Leadership is focused on the shiniest new thing in the marketplace, getting meaningless awards, and trying to validate their power with idiotic policies. They’re not focused on trying to grow the business or meaningfully adapt to a changing world. Instead of a focus on building a quality product, they prioritize flashy advertising.
In short, company leadership has a complete blindness to reality and hasn’t left the 90’s. I have little faith in the long-term potential of this company.
