Not 'people first' as advertised. No longer allowing remote - Digital Marketing Analyst Appian Employee Review

Management is not as concerned about employees as they make it sound. And, they now require all employees within 50 miles to commute into work--even if they were orginally hired as remote. New hires must be local--dumb to restrict talent base. Layed off some folks recently and claimed they were 'performance-driven" decisions. Everyone knows this is not true. They let go some strong performers. Probably because they were remote.
